Returns Policy

Wherever there is a lot of shopping, it can sometimes happen that some goods go wrong. If, during the warranty period, there is a fault with the goods you have bought, you have the legal right to claim for this fault. Newly purchased goods are guaranteed for 2 years. It starts from the date of purchase. 

1. Please send us the necessary information via our claim form.

In the description of the complaint/defect, please give a detailed description (what the defect is, where it is located, how it manifests itself, when the defect occurred)

2. Our claims team will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the next steps.

3. If it is necessary to send your goods for inspection, please understand that this may take some time. In particular, please return textile items and footwear to us in a washed or cleaned condition.

The guarantee is provided in accordance with the legal provisions. We assume no liability for damages and defects resulting from improper use, operation, storage, negligent or improper care and maintenance, excessive use or unprofessional repair by an unauthorized service partner.
