The AVAO SIT is a comfortable and modular sit harness, specially developed for work at height. When combined with a TOP or TOP CROLL chest harness, it can be quickly converted into a full-body fall-arrest harness. Its semi-rigid construction and contoured foam padding adapt perfectly to movements during work or rope descent, providing excellent support and comfort.

Foldable metal side attachment points help prevent snagging when not in use. Elastic straps at the back of the leg loops (replaceable accessory) ensure the harness fits securely, whether walking or suspended. The harness also includes five pre-shaped gear loops, two slots for CARITOOL holders or INTERFAST systems, and a ventral D-ring for attaching a PODIUM or LITEPOD seat.

Adjustment is simple and precise thanks to self-locking DOUBLEBACK buckles with anti-slip features. The central attachment point is ideal for descenders, lanyards, and work seats, while the side loops serve for positioning. An additional loop at the back of the belt allows for restraint systems.
